Your Best Defense Against Viruses

If you had subscribed to our newsletter, you will have received 8 Daily Practices that can change your life. Within those suggestions is a practice of sending the intention of good will to all beings above you, below you, to the east, west, north and south. This is a very important practice that has many layers to it.
First it is an expression of intention for all aspects of creation to thrive. As a sovereign being with the ability to create with thought, this is a very powerful deed. Second, a heartfelt blessing for all to thrive connects you to a light that is diffused throughout all eternity, in every dimension, in every time and space. This is the vibration of the purest love, the wisest knowledge, the most powerful protection.
First thing in the morning, and before sleeping when you employ this technique you are anchoring the vibration of your true essence within this physical realm. This opens you to experience life as a wonder by connecting to the very substance that makes life possible. This is an uplifting vibration. One seeped in love and unity.
Harmonizing Peptides and Receptors
Ask this next series of questions when your emotions have been triggered or you want to activate an emotion you’re having trouble feeling, like bliss or peace.
Peptides are small molecules that transmit signals to cells. They bind themselves to proteins called receptors and give cells instructions to change our physical chemistry, which changes our emotions.1 This is how our reality is created.
Working directly with the receptors is an excellent way to avoid the covid-19 virus.
Suggested body parts to revitalize receptors and activate peptides:
You can use any part of the body because they are everywhere. Feel free to add to this list: gut, spinal cord, monocyte cells, kidneys, heart, DNA, testes/ovaries, intestines, pancreas, adrenal cortex, stomach, thymus, thyroid, pineal gland, pituitary gland, hippocampus, amygdala, hypothalamus, cingulate gyrus, fornix, thalamus, nervous system, and vagus nerve.
Do Your Immune System:
Immune System: Tonsils, thymus, small intestine, large intestine, bone marrow, skin, mucus membrane in nose, throat, bladder and genitals, spleen, lymph nodes, and lungs
Sit or lay down comfortably. Read the question and then close your eyes and observe the energy that releases from that question. Then RAH (Recognize, Accept and Honor) any energy that shows up. The acceptance transforms the energy back into a divine vibration.
Sometimes you may not feel anything until you ask the second question regarding how much energy and consciousness you direct in being unconscious of the energy. If that happens, go back and ask the first question again. Observe and RAH.

I Am A Miracle Vibratory Experience
Knowing the truth of your value is a shortcut to being sovereign. You are a wonder in creation. Your existence is precious beyond words. It is our deepest desire that you come to understand this. Use the vibrational experiences in this chapter to play with vibrations that reflect the wonder and magic you are.
You could have a friend read the instructions in this chapter aloud for you or record them yourself so you can close your eyes and relax as you listen to them played back or just read through them and experience each question as you go. In either case, make sure to leave enough quiet time between questions that you can RAH or RARAA the energy of images and feelings that come up.

RAH–Recognize, Accept, and Honor
RARAA–Recognize, Acknowledge, Remember, Accept and Allow. Recognize the out of tune vibration and honestly assess that it is not what you would consciously choose. Acknowledge that the out of tune vibration is not final; it is a momentary manifestation based on an inaccurate idea, concept, or perspective. Remember all vibration is Primal Consciousness directed by you into an experience. At its essence, it is pure and noble. Accept the vibration unconditionally. Allow love to filter through you coming from the particles that make up the atoms that make up your cells. It is not “out there” it is radiating from within. Make a special effort to allow that love to flow through your personality.
Preparing to Raise Your Vibe
Bring your awareness to your heart. Imagine that every in-breath is coming into your heart, and every out-breath is coming from your heart. As you breathe in, you are breathing light into your heart. As you breathe out, you are exhaling darkness.
After two minutes have elapsed, recall something that you are grateful for. It can be a person, a place, a thing, an animal, or a plant—anything. Place your awareness directly inside the feeling of gratitude, and notice the qualities of its energy. Notice the lightness, expansiveness, joy, and peace associated with the gratitude you’ve generated.
Now, with conviction, say: “I am a miracle.” Observe the energy that arises after you do.

· Is it peaceful? What is the vibration of peace like? RAH
· Is the energy alive? What is the vibration of aliveness like? RAH
· Is the energy strong? What is the vibration of strength like? RAH
· Is the energy empowering? What is the vibration of empowerment like? RAH
· What emotions, feelings, sensations, and images appear in my awareness if any?
· Just for fun, take a moment to imagine being a miracle. Really absorb the billions of years of evolutionary design that I am. How amazing is it to be a physical manifestation of love with the ability to design any reality you can think of?
· How sacred do I feel when identifying as a miracle? RAH
· How much life force is present when you’re identifying as a miracle? RAH
· How much joy is there in identifying as a miracle? RAH
· How much confidence do I have as I identify with being a miracle? RAH
· How much freedom is there in identifying as a miracle? RAH
· How much gratitude is present when I’m identifying as a miracle? RAH
· How much faith is present in the vibration that I perceive when I’m identifying myself as a miracle? RAH
To end your session, RAH the energy and notice the energy you released as it recycles through the double torus in your heart.

** Repeat the same process, substituting the following affirmations for “I am a miracle.”
